S.I.S I was once your age. I remember starting middle school I was officially becoming a young woman and somedays feeling so self conscious about my hair i didnt even want to go to school. I was applying relaxers improperly to my hair which caused damage and sometimes i did not know what to do with my hair. I began experimenting with extentions. I started rocking the latest hairstyles and feeling so confident and beautiful. My parents couldn't afford to take me to the beauty shop to get the styles i really desired so i began to try to achieve them myself. I began doing my own hair and getting so many compliments by my classmates. They wanted me to do their hair too I would charge them a little to nothing because i enjoyed making them feel beautiful.
That's when I realized I loved doing hair and I wanted to become a hairstylist. I have been natural for a little over 8 years now and my hair is as healthy as its ever been.
